Changing A Destiny exists to provide an exemplary learning environment that embodies educational fundamentals, and nurtures and inspires boys and girls to become bold, mindful, and creative Christians.
Changing A Destiny exists to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to non-Christians so that they may know the love of Christ, and grow into mature, fruitful Christian leaders who will, in turn, go into the world and reach others for Christ. Their faith-filled lives will be evident in how they act with honor and moral courage, lead with distinction, and serve God with a generous spirit.
Vision Statement:
Changing A Destiny is dedicated to instructing students and families in the ways of God’s Word and of His love, mercy, and forgiveness; and to planting seeds of faith in Kilifi, Kenya, and neighboring communities through education, Bible studies, and friendship.
Shoes Can Change Lives
Please donate your gently-used shoes!
You may not think that your used shoes can do much, but they can and we’re asking for your help.
We’re collecting shoes to help raise funds for Changing A Destiny, as well as help people in Africa and all over the world.
Some of the donated shoes will be used by people who have a need for shoes. Others will use the shoes as part of an outfit for job interviews. And, still, others will be taught how to properly prepare the shoes and sell them in their village where they can support their families.
For every 100 bags we collect (and each bag holds 25 shoes), Changing A Destiny will receive $0.40 per pound.
